My name is McKenna but my friends call me Kenna.

WOW, WOW, WOW. If you are reading this I just wanted to say thank you. I don't know what brought you to my page or how you got here but: THANK YOU. Thank you for taking the time and interest to read more about me and my work. This website and this business itself only started as a seed of passion. Being able to see it grow from what it was to what it is now all of these years later leaves me speechless. God continues to amaze me by bringing people like you into my life; it truly is my DREAM come true. So THANK YOU. Seriously.

A little about me:

I just relocated to North Idaho from the Olympic Peninsula in Washington but I am an Idaho girly since birth. I was born in Nampa, Idaho + raised in between Meridian, ID + Port Angeles, WA. So I truly got the best of both worlds.

Before fully pursuing my passion in photography, I received my Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Los Angeles Pacific University. I have also been a barista on and off for about 9+ years and it too has become a true passion of mine. I just can't get away from how much I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and serving up coffee while I'm at it (anyone else have a slight caffeine addiction or just me!?).

I have moved around over 25 times in my life (you can say I am a bit of a wanderer) but that has made growing this business even more fun! As of this year I will now start serving Washington + Idaho clients which is going to be SO fun + feed my desire for adventure!

I am a total extravert + social butterfly. I will gladly talk to your aunt janet all night at your reception, or your great grandma betty, or better yet dance the night away with your momma on the dance floor. But that doesn't mean I you won't find me in bed on any given night at 8:30 pm with my sleepy time tea, fuzzy socks + a book. Best of both worlds am I right!?

Like I said before, this whole photography journey is a total dream come true. I have always had an eye for all things creative growing up (although completely reluctant to call myself a creative) but as I dove deeper I realized that it was more than just a hobby to me. I have fallen in love with the creative process + take pride in the fact that all my branding, website creation, and blogging is done solely by myself. What you are seeing is something incredibly special to me and a business I truly created from the ground up. Who knew that buying a $300 amazon canon for a family trip the summer of 2018 would eventually turn into my own business?! DEFINITELY not me but here we are 5 + years later and I am SO SO SO glad it did. + I am SO glad it led you here to meet me!
